Exporting the Temperature Log

When you click in the temperature log, the data for the month shown are exported to a 2-page PDF file. This file is presented according to the VFC program's suggested layout for vaccine storage monitoring.

The file will open in a separate tab in your browser.

• A Refrigerator log will be generated if the Location Type is set to Refrigerator, or if no Location Type has been provided. A Freezer log will be generated if the Location Type is set to Freezer.
• The temperature unit of the report will be the same as specified in your account settings.
• The first page contains days 1-15, the second page the remaining days for the month
• The VFC PIN is the pin number you entered in your team information. This is the number allocated to you by the CDC.
• The facility name is the location name for the location you are printing
• Staff initials are composed from your first and last name.
• Min/Max temperatures are those recorded when the inspection marks were placed (not the min/max readings during the day)
• Exact times are the times when the inspection marks were placed.
• Action entries will be shown when a troubleshooting record was completed for that day.
