Joining More Than One Team

LogTag® Online allows you to join multiple teams using the same sign in details. Once you are a member of more than one team, you will see a Team name in the window's title bar (you will not see this name if you are a member of only one team). This is the name of the team you are currently accessing.

Click the team name to reveal a list of teams of which you are a member. Click a Team name, and the details of that team will be displayed.

Any action you perform will be allocated to the team currently shown in the title bar. For example, if you create a location, that location will only be available in the team shown in the title bar, not in any other teams.

 

ClosedCan I add an Activation code to multiple teams?

No, Activation codes only work once and are recorded against a single team.

ClosedCan I add a device to locations from different teams?

No, devices are recorded against a single team. You are not able to share device data across multiple teams. If you register a device from another team, that device will no longer be available in the other team.
