Joining a Team

You will receive a personalised invitation to join a team via an email similar to this:

Links are valid for 30 minutes after the email was sent. After that you will need to request a new invitation from the team's administrator.

You already have your own LogTag® Online Account

If you already joined other teams before you will remain a member of these teams and will still be able to access other teams' data. Please learn about being a member of multiple teams here. This includes your own team.

Click Join Team to accept the invitation. A browser window will open, showing that you have successfully joined the new team. You can now sign in with your existing details.

Joined with existing account

You do not have a LogTag® Online Account

Once you join a team without your own LogTag® Online account you will not be able to create your own team using the same email address. If you wish to retain the ability to manage your own team at a later stage we suggest you follow the steps described in Create your Account first, and once your account is created you complete the steps above in You already have your own LogTag® Online Account .

Click Join Team to accept the invitation. A browser window will open, showing the Create your account page, with your email address already entered.

Creating an Account from an Invitation Email

Follow the steps described in Create your Account. Since your email address has already been confirmed you will automatically be signed in to the new team (You will still need to confirm the Beta Notice).

Click Continue and start using LogTag® Online.
